Front Bracket to mount EU plates on US Spec XC-60

Default Front Bracket to mount EU plates on US Spec XC-60
I have seen a few Volvos with a Bracket that mounts where U.S PLATE Holes are located on the front bumper.The bracket holds Belgium Plates without any drilling to match the european plates. Does anyone know where to find this bracket?
