Default Front O2 sensor replacement

How hard is it to replace the front O2 sensor? Any advice on the best source for parts (do I need a OEM part or is there a source for aftermarket parts)?

I would use our site sponser fcp groton, great prices and super fast shipping, mention your a member of volvoforums and you will get 10% doesnt get better than that....I ordered a replacement timing belt kit on monday had the parts tuesday how quick is that???? replacing the sensor is pretty simple but are you sure that your sensor is bad?? I would before ordering the part make sure that your sensor is bad....post your results please
