no tail lights or front marker lights
Headlights (DRLs, low and high beam) work fine, as do turn signals and brake lights, but the tail lights/licence plate lights and front markers do not work. When I push the yellow button on the remote, the lights under the mirrors work, but no other lights do.
Fuses 30 and 31 in the driver's side fuse box are fine (I have switched them with others), and the shunts in the rear module are fine (I swapped them about and made sure each shunt was OK by activating the rear fog light).
This started with a leaking windshield in wet weather. I came out to the car one wet morning last week to discover the marker/taillights inexplicably on. The battery was flat and I had to boost the car. Since then the windshield has been fixed (driver's side carpet is now dry despite continued rain), but the tail lights/marker lights are still out.
BTW, the "Position Bulb Failure" warning is active.
Does anyone have any idea what to do next?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

take a meter and see if you have any continuity with touching each side of your fuse....you may not be getting any contact with the fuse or they might keep blowing and your not able to tell(as was my case) so looking at the fuse you have 2 metal contacts use the meter to read and see if your getting any voltage flowing threw the fuse!!!! I had this problem with the fuse in position 38 and found that I had an electrical problem which kept blowing the fuse and was shorting out!!! I hope this helps with your issue as I know it can be frustrating! good luck and post your results and maybe someone else can help as well

Problem solved
A tech with good electrical skills tracked the problem down. Water damaged the relay for the daytime running lights. Not sure how the DRL relay affects marker lights, but the problem is solved. Only took a couple of hours labour and a used relay.
A word to the wise - get leaks fixed ASAP!
