Help with headlights
I have a 2007 Volvo S60. It has the bi-xenon lights. I replaced the driver side bulb and it worked fine when I still had all of the housing off. At that point in time the running lights were not on. I put everything together and now the daytime running lights work but there is only a very dim glow when I turn the headlights on. It's almost as if there's a glow plug but nothing actually ignites the light. Any ideas?

Hoping that it's a loose connection either in the wiring or the bulb worked its way loose. with someone looking at the lights I would try moving around the wiring going into the housing to see if things get brighter. I would also look at the reflectors in both housings to see if one has been knocked around. I don't have the Xenon lights but mine were quite finicky unless I had them fully locked into place. Hopefully all you need to do is reseat the bulb in the housing.

Thanks Jerick. It was actually that the bulbs came unseated from those prongs. I didn't see any clear instructions on how to remove or reseat the bulbs, so I didn't realize you had to twist the black plastic ring to lock and unlock them in place. Much easier once I figured that out.
