Default Hey, new to threads so bear with me. Crank no start. 2004 Volvo S60R M66

If you’re inclined at diag please read, any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Backstory: I completed my engine swap. I’ve been starting it about twice a week for the past two weeks, with no issues. On Thursday, I had started my car and was sitting inside the car watching the dash.

Bad: Right before the car got to operating temps, the coolant temp gauge stopped working along with the tach. I shut the car off. When I put the key back in, I was greeted with no crank and…

Flashing and or solid CEL, ABS light, Brake light, as well as a Chassis system settings error message, an anti skid service required error message, and a brake failure error message. When the brake failure error pops up, you are unable to scroll through messages.

I’ve also come to find out when the key is in position II, the abs module will hum/ buzz everytime the brake pedal is pressed, AND the exhaust camshaft vvt solenoid will click for about 30 seconds. When unplugged it switches to the intake. When both are unplugged, no clicking.

I took the battery out to charge it as well as cleared the codes. The car will crank now ONLY after the vvt solenoids stop clicking AND the CEL comes on, but still won’t turn over. I do believe maybe my battery isn’t supplying enough? But I thought the car wouldn’t crank then..? Does anybody know anything about clicking vvt solenoids?

Thanks in advance, I don’t want to tow it to Volvo
