How Much Would You Pay?
5 Attachment(s)
hey guys my name is jordan, first post here and hopefully will have many more!
im looking at buying a 2004 volvo s60 2.5t tomorrow. it has 80,200 miles on it everything is in immaculate condition besides the fact it was in a front collision. previous old fart owner hit a deer and totaled the car out. no frame damage, just grille, bumper, headlights, and acouple other small things. it does have a rebuilt title, but everything clears out on it. no CEL, powertrain issuies. car seems to be perfect. i am very handy and have alot of experience when it comes to cars so i was planning on bringing a jack, checking out the engine, frame, tire rods, brakes, and all that before i committed to it. the stealership is looking for 5500 but just over the phone i got him to come down to 5000 so definitely more room to talk once i go see it (150 miles away) honestly in the pictures that will be attached, i see some flaws and think i can offer 3200 cash, and talk my way up to 3500-4000 for this car and walk away with it. if this car checks out to be just a small simple deer hit and is in actually very good condition what would you pay for it? and please no downers saying that rebuilt titles are worthless. i know the risk im taking, i know how you get a rebuilt title, i know how to do all of my own maintenance to save money, ive owned plenty of rebuilt titled cars and havent had problems. so save yourself the breath please :p the only problem i saw on the car was the left side passanger door, the bottom trim is different. otherwise everything else is perf. I can't see it being worth much more than $4000 tops. It'll probably be a good car, just not worth much. I can never find low mileage turbos near me.
