I think that you may misunderstand the Way a Volvo is tunes. IPD or MTE is who does their tunes does a Vin specific file. That is it only works on that 1 car.You hook the handheld loader to the car and it reads the stock files and Vin you then hook the hand held up to your computer and uploads your stock file. MTE downloads that info from your car and makes any other adjustments for performance parts you may have added(downpipe, catback exhaust,FMIC and so on)Then send you back a 1 off file for your car.. The tuner can be used on other cars well 4 to be exact but thats only if the also pay the $$ for the tune... This is a very non mechanic tune. Just the press of a button 2 times and make sure the cars key is in position 2...

Ok so I called IPD today, you can do multiple cars but they want 750! for the software for each additional car, Damn I did the mapping on my brothers WRX myself its not that hard LOL, well with that price tag almost makes it pointless, trying to save people $$ no luck

I am awaiting this also. I have a stage 2 from Elevate rather than put more stress on my car with how their tune is setup and a re-tune for some added parts. I am going to wait until Lucky has his ready and start over with Him.. I believe that with how he understands the way the cars are driven and how and where the power curve needs to be my car will be all the better for it.... I have FMIC and 16T swap ready as soon as the weather gets better...

Very cool! I just did the FMIC on my S60R and it's silly how much of a difference it makes over the factory IC.

Lucky Dyno tuned my 850R last year, It was so superior to the ST Stage III tune that I had previously. I can't wait to swap the iPd Stage II tune for the ARD tune.
