I have trouble geting in back springs cant remove them any help with this?

 

I can't really say I've done this, but I can tell you what Vadis says:

Raise the vehicle. Install the striker plate to secure the spring.
Lower the vehicle.

Remove:
-the clips and fold out the front edge of the side panel in the cargo compartment
-the soundproofing
-the nut for the upper mounting for the shock absorber.

Raise the car
Install a restraining strap between the control arms. Tighten lightly.

Remove:
-the wheel
-ABS sensor and the cable from the wheel spindle
-the brake caliper mounting screws. Hang up the ABS line and the brake caliper.

Remove:
-the screw
-the shock absorber.

Compress the spring.
Remove:
-the grommet
-the striker plate
-the spring.
