Default Occassional Trouble Starting + Abs Brake Message

Ok, this has only happened to me twice but I want to see if it is some sort of common issue.

2001 Volvo S60 non-turbo
~60,000 miles

The first time it happened was just one morning in my garage, this time it was after refueling. The engine takes about 5-6 seconds of cranking before it catches. The dash is unlit except for a small red light by the fuel guage, and on the text screen it gives me some message about "ABS brakes visit workshop" or similar.

Should I be concerned?

Thanks

OK well I went to start it today and the battery was shot, and the ABS message wouldn't go away. Luckily I have an extended warranty and the guy came over and jumped it for free, and I had the dealership replace the battery. No more problems so far so hopefullyl thats all it is.

Yeah I am too. We seem to attract dead batteries, my dad's 01 mercedes (just bought it 2 weeks ago) had a battery die (passenger side power seat module wasn't shutting off with the engine apparently).
