Oil drain plug on 2007 so 2.5 t

Just did first oil change on my used 2007 s60. It has an oil drain plug that does not have a bolt head. It just has a lip or flange and it does not come the whole way out. Is this after market or common in Volvos.

No the factory drain plugs have bolt heads
