Default Oil leak on a 2015 S60

Has any owners of this model have any problems with oil leak? I bought my car new in 2015 and every 3,000 I have to add a quart of oil!!! And I thought I would not have a problem like this so soon when I bought this car. I took to the Volvo shop and they charged me for checking to find out what was wrong, gave me an estimate of $11,000.00 to repair and admitted there was something wrong with this model and that they corrected in 2017!!!! And Volvo is not calling back to repair!!! Bottom line, I am not going to spend this amount to repair, I guess I will keep adding oil until I decided to sell? Anything familiar with your car?

Yes, it is a 2015. It has 84,000. I do not have the insurance that came with the car but I have insurance with Zurich until 100,000 miles. It started when it had 80,000.

So you have extended warranty? If so they should be able to cover the repair.

It's not an insurance. They refer to it as an extended warranty. If you have one it should be in the Volvo system.

I meant warranty, I have one until 100,000 miles. I will definitely check on this, Volvo never mentioned to me the warranty would cover. Thanks

Yeah definitely look into it. If it's up 100k you should be covered.

$11000 is the price for an entirely new longblock installed!
