Default Pem help!

I'm trying to replace the PEM in a 2002 volvo s60 and I can't find where it is. Online it ways it should be on top of the tank on the passenger side, I've looked all over the tank and can't see it anywhere. The tank is plastic so I figure it's molded around the module and that I have to drop it to access the pem? I've also heard in later years it's in the trunk but it's not there for me either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have a fuel pressure sensor such as pictured below on the end of the fuel rail? (you won't on a 2002). If not - there is no Fuel pressure controller, there is no PEM and the fuel pump runs at full speed all the time. What are you trying to fix?
