Piston Rings
2014 Volvo S60 T5 purchased used 2 yrs ago 50k miles, just about to hit 70k. Starting to really consume oil between oil changes. 3-4 quarts. Get oil changed every 5k miles. Per dealer, piston rings and spark plugs need repl due to oil useage. Right around $500]. Still have 3 years left on the aftermarket warranty i purchased, but they dont cover oil usage issues. So essentially if my engine blows they will repl, but wont cover this. I get it. Just sucks. Any advice is appreciated.
