Problem with the tailgate: it won't open.
 

I closed the tailgate before leaving on a trip, and when I arrived at my destination, I couldn't open it. I can hear the "click" when I try to open the tailgate, but it won't open—it stays half-open, with some play, but it doesn't fully open. Can anyone help me?
