Purchasing used V60 or V60 Cross-Country

Hi all!
Looking to purchase a used V60, either the regular T5 (don't care too much about trim) or the Cross-Country.
I have a 2021 Subaru Outback Limited that I am looking to jump from. It was a mistake. I don't like CVT, the car is a tank, and it frankly has far more technology than I want or need. I now realize I like a used and older car too -- newer cars are more stressful to me somehow.
Growing up, I learned to drive on a 2004 V70. We had an XC90 in the family later, and an S80. I had a Jetta Sportwagen (gas, 2011) that I adored. I stupidly sold it last year for the Outback. I loved the pep and handling on that Sportwagen.
I am looking at V60/V60 CC from model year 2015-2018. Seeing between 80-100k miles. Inventory is naturally very low. I don't know a lot about this model but I like what I've seen. I work from home, and generally will be driving 30-40 miles on the weekends for hikes and errands, with 6-7 longer roadtrips (200-300 miles tops) per year. I live in NC, but trek up to New England (think, ice and snow) for family once a year or so. I do some off-roading, but mostly fairly level forest service roads.
How reliable is this model? Any years I should gravitate toward? Any major issues I need to be aware of?
Thanks!

I have a 2015.5 V60 T5 - bought as a CPO (and still has 5 months of the warranty left) Mine is a low mileage car ~ 54K so I can't comment on durability but for my use (similar to yours) and accounting for the fact that I live alone and absolute capacity is not an issue for me) it is, all around, the best car I have ever owned - and, over 60 years, that covers a lot including 4 Volvos, 3 Mercedes, a Toyota, 2 Chryslers, a Saab etc.
And, no, it is not for sale!
