rear door stuck

Ok, I am stupid. My sister came over to my house about a problem with her passenger rear door. The outer handle no longer opens the door. I was mostly ignoring her because well I really don't have alot of time right now.

And so, to the real point, I asked her if the child safty lock was on, she said "I don't know" Then she turned the safty lock on and shut the door.

So, the safty lock is keeping the inside handle from working and the outside one is broken. Does anyone know a way to disengage the child safty lock with the door shut or some trick to open the door with out damaging it? The best thing I could come up with on my own was a weird angled box end wrench to take the bolts out of the door hindge, but I don't have acess to weird tools like that.
