S60 D5 High Oil Pressure Problem

Hello !
I have very strange problem with my Volvo S60 . The car is 2013 with D5 D5244 T11 engine . The smaller turbo broke the impeller ( from the hot side ) , at 100k km , which was kind of strange but ok . The DPF was full of oil , probably because of that . So I decided to buy new set of turbos ( both turbos came in one piece ) . We installed them , started the engine , and after 10 mins , the oil started to flow on the ground from the DPF clamp . We decided to remove it ones again and there was oil inside it , ones again . After we check the oil seperator , the feed and the drain tubes of the turbos , I decided to check the pressure of the oil . On cold engine was around 5.5-6 bars of pressure which is a lot in my opinion . The guys that sold me the turbos told me that this turbos can support oil pressure up to 4.5 bars , everything above it is going to make them leak oil from the hot side . Btw when the engine warms up the pressure drops to 2.2 bars , which is kind of high in my opinion . Searched some info in Haynes Pro about the specs , but there were only information for warm engine , above 100 degrese C should be around 1.8 bars . So to the question , does someone has this kind of engine , and it is possible to share what is your oil pressure at cold engine and at around 80 deg C .
Thanks in advance !

According to the service manual the oil pressure relief valve is supposed to open at 0.45 Mpa/65 PSI (100 degrees C of course). That said the pressure relief should be opening cold or hot at the PSI setting it has.

Are you running a heavier oil than what is called for?
How are you reading the oil pressure? Dash gauge or externally installed oil pressure gauge?

I'm using 5W30 right now . I found out , that there is a external oil pressure valve around the crankshaft pulley . When I disconnect the plug for it the pressure drops , on cold engine almost not noticeable , around 0.2 bars less . On hot engine it drop around 0.5 bars when disconnected . Not sure is there other oil pressure valve , cuz I removed the oil pan and the oil pump but I was not able to find any other . I read the pressure with diagnostic tool .
