Hej, I have an S60 in front of my house that has become a textbook case of a "lemon". Without going into a great deal of detail, it believes it's ignition is on when it is not, it will not start....new ECM, aux starter battery, battery, alternator, grounds hunted, two very good Volvo tech shops both gave up on it. After at least a month in the two shops it ran for 1 week and returned to it's same condition. I sank a considerable sum into the work, and tow, and I've moved on. Anyone have any thoughts on how I can get this out of the drive way? I imagine I could get pennies at a local scrap yard. This is a 2015 in fairly immaculate shape for having 100k on it, I drove it for 2 years. I heard Erie Volvo near Utica, NY was a possibility and contacted them, got an acceptable offer, but now no reply as I guess they expect me to ship it to them. Again, it will not start, so driving it is not an option. Anyone know of other Volvo dismantled, anyone need a 2015 parts car? I'm all ears. Thanks for hearing my plea.
