S60 strut mount replacement
 

Hello,

Once again it is time to replace the strut mount(s) on my 2001 S60 T5. I am considering doing the work myself this time. I am unfamiliar with this procedure - do the struts need to be compressed? Can this work be done with the car sitting on the ground?

If you have never done it yourself I'd enlist a friend that has done it before to help you. It can be done on the ground, I actually prefer it that way, but a good Jack and stands are the must.
