Slow take off/reduced power

I have a 2001 volvo s60 t5 and recently have had problems of the car stalling at stop lights. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the throttle body free (was under an extended warranty). Now when I take off from a stop, I have reduced power and it feels as though pressure is building up and not escaping the exhaust??? I'm not real sure if that actually can happen or not but it is a problem I have been having...any thoughts?

I just went to Auto Zone to get a new air filter to see if it helps. They hooked up the diagnostic "machine" and came up with code p1171. They didn't have in their system what this was so I googled it. I see that it is possibly the o2 sensor. Could this o2 sensor cause this reduction in power and feeling of pressure buildup?

short answer Yes.This will cause a like issue. Are you getting a CEL (check engine light) and where any other codes found? I would have the code read again. That one does not look right.
Now code P0171 System too Lean(Bank 1) looks like bad number 1 O2 .
I would have them recheck the code before doing anything.

I am having an issues were it stalls and wont run unless the maf Is disconnected, they put a new one in and it still stalls out after starting it. I would have made my own thread but couldn't figure out how so I'm here. It also now sounds like it has cold air intake, but has no power.
