Spark plug & coil torque specs

Hi folks, 2006 S60 2.5T, 167,000 miles, and started getting cylinder misfire codes, so I'm going to replace the plugs and the coils. Anybody know what the torque specs are, or a reliable source where I could get them? Thanks.
