Steeering Rack replacement.. time??

For the last year+ the steering coloum shaft seal has been leaking on my 04 s60 2.4. I have put off getting it repaired for financial reasons. Now the time has come where my tie rod ends are loose and starting to make noise. Ive decided to replaced the rack now as well as the inner/outer rods and get an allignment. This way I wont have to worry about any problems for another 160Kms. I have purchased a quality rebuilt rack and outer tie rods. Im planning on taking it to a well known independant Volvo/Mercedes garage in town. Just wondering "ball park", how long this job would take at a garage to replace all this?
Thanks

Are you looking for how long it will take or how much time the job pays? It pays 4.2 hours plus the alignment. I can do the rack in about an hour though.

Just how long the job typically takes. The shop charges by the hour, and they charge a flat $65 for the alignment.

Most charge by the book hour, so don't be surprised if its around 4 hours plus the alignment
