Hey everybody-
I am buying my first car this week and found a 2006 S60r with 54,000 miles on it for $16,300. It has had one owner (a 60yr old business women) that did not drive it for performance. My main concern is that I am going to be in outside sales and will be doing a lot of city driving. Does anyone have any information about how many years/miles this thing would last?? I am not concerned about gas, just getting screwed on maintenance or something.
Thanks for the input!

Really depends on where you live. If the streets are bad you will likely suffer from some suspension work from time to time. I guess all cars will have the same fate but Volvo's can be a little more expensive to get repaired depending on your location. The stealer when I live will drag you over the coals, flip you over and drag again. Other places that I have been are somewhat reasonable.
The motors and tranny's in these cars can last forever. Keep it serviced and you should be happy for a long time.
