Tire options 17x7.5's
Looking for the best all season tire for the 17 x 7.5 wheels. It's a 02 S60t. I would really like something that's decent in snow too. I'm leaning towards the Continental ExtremeContact DW. Any imput?
I saw they make a DWS but I have had no luck finding them in that size.
Other good options?
Thanks.

The DWS is a superb all round tyre.... Will handle any weather you throw at it
The DW however is a summer tyre and as such will give horrible grip in cold or snow.. On the other hand it will be more sporty and have better dry grip...
I 100% recommend the DWS and have it on my car personally

Absolutely. After reading way too many tire reviews at Discount Tire/America's Tire and at Tire Rack, this Conti DWS stuck out as outstanding. Very few complaints regardless of climate or car. That's unusual.
Mine are on 06 V70 2.5t with 17" rims. 235/45 & Z rated. Check out the treadwear rating, you'll be amazed for a short sidewall Z rated tire. Went thru Michigan winter just fine, and now that decent weather is here, they're doing great. Water/hydroplaning no problem. Not noisy, not too harsh, either.
And, for performance tires, they're not too expensive.
Mine have only about 8500 miles on them, but there is no visible wear and no problems so far.

Yeah, I really like the concept, almost seemed too good to be true. Especially seeing they have great reviews. I will probably go with them. It's pretty impressive to have a tire that is good on dry pavement, wet conditions AND snow. Which is exactly what I need. At $117 a tire, they really aren't expensive either.
Thanks for the imput, sounds like it is a superb tire.
