I am asking as I had read here about doing the drain and fill 3 times to get 82% of the fluid renewed. I just did the first drain and got just about 4 litres of fluid out, I had only been expecting about half that from what I had read, so I am curious as to what the whole system capacity is...

Thanks, that's great. So that 1 drain and fill was over 50% of the fluid, if 8 more litres(2 more D &F's) only gets me 25% more of the fluid I think I will hold off and just do them at my next oil change intervals. I would recomend that people who do the flush method remove the drain plug at some point as it is magnetic and mine had a thin layer of metalic silt collected on it...I do not notice any difference in shifting, nor did I have any problems before....
