Can anyone recomend a site where i can check out some upgrades for a stock S60 Turbo, for bigger turbo's and sport exaust that wont harm the motor,
+ i need guage pods on the side pillar for a boost guage, air/fuel ratio gauge..

I dont think you can get an A pillar mount, for you have an airbag there. you will have to get creative and get a universial gauge pod and mount it somewhere.
Get a wideband AF gauge, for narowband is not a good way of monitering the AFs. They are exspensive, but they are better.
Before you do the turbo....I would suggest you upgrade to the newer "R" exhasut manifold.
Now for the turbo, I would look into the 18T or 19T of of the european "R" IPD sells the 18T, but they want way to much for that turbo.
Now if you are changing out the turbo, you might have to go with a custom downpipe/exhaust, for you might be changing the flange locations.
Also check here: https://volvoforums.com/m_38606/tm.htmfor it has a bunch of aftermarket sites.

RE: Upgrading Turbo and exaust.
Before you go slapping on a bigger turbo, there's a bunch of other things I would do first. Dp, exhaust, intake, ECU upgrade and an intercooler upgrade as well. And keep in mind that ECU upgrades come in stages depending on the mods. For example, if you get a stage 2 (dp/exhaust) then decide to upgrade the intercooler, the ECU needs to be retuned again to stage 3.
IPD, EST, Heico, Evolve, Vivia Performance all carry stuff. Check around and decide how much you want to spend, and what your goal is. As for gauges, I know Viva has good stuff.
