VIN decoder

The VIN decoder on this site is garbage! I am considering purchasing a used 2019 0r 2020 V60 but when I try to use the decoder to find build specs I'm told the VIN is not valid. However when I run the VIN through Equifax or other sites I get the basic information with no problems.

Yes. If you want a build sheet you need access to Volvo's PIE server. VIN decoders don't have that.

Thank you, I figured that after reading other posts. Problem is that the VIN decoder on this site doesn't recognize many of the VINs I entered saying that the VIN is not valid. Yet when I enter it on another VIN lookup site there is no problem in telling me about the car.
