Cool What is this Part?

It's what you see when you look behind the front wheels. (when facing the car from either side) I seem to have a link/lock nut missing on one side and it seems it holds a flat rubber piece in place. (You see the nut holding it on the right side) The tube you see at the bottom left is from the break pad. This pic is not from my car but from a vid on YT showing the same area. I have the nut missing.

I would also like to know what size the nut is so i try to buy one and put it on myself...

That a piece of metal is for the tires to rub against at full lock (the shiny spot) Rather than rubbing on the inner fender. The plastic nuts are not really threaded - take one off and you will see -

Ok so I see the one behind the front passenger side wheel is missing all together. looking online at FCP i found this:

https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vol...-volvo-9190823 (I assume they mean the passenger side when they say 'Left')

And for the plastic nut: https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/vol...s40-s60-980740

Thanks.

Left and Right descriptions mean "as seen sitting in the car"

The drivers side is the left side (in America)
