What's this dangling?

Hello! I just got my first Volvo, a 2019 S60 T6 Momentum. So far, I love it. I did happen to notice something strange underneath the car. It appears that there is something "dangling" near the rear driver's side wheel. Does anyone know what this is?

I got a better view. This photo is from just by the drivers side back door. It looks like it’s part of the suspension. Ideas?
