Default Yellow dust in spark plug terminal

Hello,

I changed the spark plugs over the weekend on my 2004 S60, and I noticed that terminal #3 was covered in yellow dust/powder. The other four terminals were completely clean, though. The car ran fine before and after changing the plugs--it was just time. Would you say that this is an overheating issue? If so, would you think that the car might be to blame, or would it likely be that the plug was going bad?
