98/99 volvo s70
2 problems or one contributing to the other?

Passenger side a/c blows hot
Drivers blows cold

also when driving with same problem above, the a/c will cut out on my side and go warm for about 10 secs then back cold. Sometimes all the time sometimes barely.
Also when it does do that, the clutch for the compressor does not stop. So im thinking the clutch doesnt need to be shimmed. What other problems could contribute to these?

Condenser?

 

check the air flap actuators - there are 5 of them - 3 on the drivers side and 2 on the passengers side. Sounds like one of the actuators on the passenger side is not working or has jammed gears.
