1998 S70 Occasional Stalling

Hey all, looking for some suggestions regarding my 98 S70 stalling occasionally. For reference the car has about 208k km on it.

I'm having trouble diagnosing the issue with my vehicle because I never have an issue starting the car. The issue is occasionally while I'm driving for a period of over 10 minutes or so, the car stalls when I'm at idle or low speeds (< 20 km/hr).

Typically, once its stalled I'll pull the key and start it again no problem right away.

I drove home from work yesterday and sat in the car idling for about 2 minutes and it inevitably stalled. I tried to start it a couple of times but it would crank, seem like it was going to go, but then the rpms just dropped and dead.

Also, there are no codes indicating what is wrong with the car so thats added to the diagnosing issues.

Thanks for any ideas.

Mechanic Fix

Took it to my uncles station and they said it was a MAF sensor issue. New one installed for $200 and so far so good. Will update if necessary.

Good luck.... I hope the new MAF takes care of it for you.
