1. Right not your running a 13g with an angled flange on it. Stock your running 5-7 psi.

2. a 16t, 18t or 19t with an angled flange will be a direct bolt on.

3. Your not going to gain any power by just upgrading to a bigger turbo. You boost is controlled by the ECU. Thusly to gain more boost to gain more power your going to have to do an ECU upgrade.

Because by adding a bigger turbo your going to be running the same amount of boost you are with your stock turbo. It will however be able to better handle the boost your running now and the bigger turbo will hold up better to more boost.

Depends on what company you go with.

The best companies for Volvo tuning are IPD USA, RICA and BSR PPC. Your looking at $800+ for these and well worth it. They do the most R&D with their ECU upgrades over the competition.

You could go with the cheaper companies like SpeedTuning USA and Upsolute ranging from $325 and $425. I have a SpeedTuning USA, only because it was bought in a groupbuy "cheap". If I ad saved my money I would have gone IPD USA, RICA or BSR PPC.
