Default 2000 Volvo s70 air intake vacuum hose

My car has been stalling out recently, usually when it is warmer outside, or when I've been driving the car long enough for it to get warm. I was looking under the hood yesterday and realized that the vacuum hose was missing from the top nipple out of the back of the air cleaner box. Came in here to figure out where the other end would go (underside of the box near the cold hot valve) but there was nothing there either. So I need to know what size hose and connectors to get to fix this. And where would the best place be to get them? Hopefully this helps the stalling. If not, back to the forums.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Likely one that fits. The best source would be the dealer and yes, it goes from tip back to lower front.

Stalling??? You need to get your codes read.

I would have gone to the dealer and asked if I wanted to spend a fortune.. But I don't have a ton of money for that. That's why I asked here. I've already changed the relay switch, that didn't stop the stalling. The only codes I am getting are p0172 and p0573.
