98 Volvo s70 no low beam head lights

Hello, I've got an 98 Volvo s70. The low beam head lights stopped working. No running lights etc. I've replaced the bulbs with new H7's. The fuses in both fuse boxes look ok. Any idea for a fix? BTW, the high beam lights are ok. tks....
