I noticed my fan wasn't working very well but it was working. I just installed a used dash in the 99 s70.

I thought it might be sensor so I cleaned it. Fan doesn't want to blow.


It did come on this morning for a while after I got to work.

 

I grabbed a blower and resistor off junk car. was working then would stop. I could get it to blow by pushing on the connector at the blower. maybe its not getting good contact.

the temp sensor was filled with dust and lint or something but that hasnt made a change.

compressor does function and it was cold.

point me in right direction. I am going to go get the connector off donor car.

need to fix now before we hit summer

 

got new blower motor. works like a champ now. but the ignition switch apparently has gone wacko cause the key warning buzzer wont stop so I had to pull the fuse
