Exclamation Brake problem

Hi everybody, I just replaced my front rotors and brake pads and for some reason they aren't working and the pedal is going to the ground. I am hearing what sounds like an air from the under carriage when i pump the breaks. Also am hearing a weird grinding noise on back right passenger wheel. When the car is off and i pump the breaks once they lock up and feel good. As soon as i start the car it loses all pressure and the breaks aren't working. Any help/suggestions is more than appreciated!

I would suggest bleeding the brakes first, sounds like some air in the system. The grinding could be the caliper (screw type).

thanks after my research last night i came to the conclusion that my break pads wore down so much the master cylinder must have pumped decent amount of air into the lines.. i will let you know how it turns out!
