A/C drain
i have what ithink is a blocked condensate drain (sounds like a half gallon of milk sloshing behind the dash).also, when i make lefthand turns now the blower wheel whines and slows until i come out of my turn. oddly, i had a blocked drain tube on a rear a/c on a suburban once and it was simply that the rubber tube had closed up at the end. Where does the drain hose from the evaporator terminate and can i get to it if i raise the car to get under it? thx,
You really can't get to it from under the dash.
Best way is to remove the lower dash on one side. Then pull the carpet back then remove the black cover and you will see the drain hose where it goes to the floor.

It exits under the car like just infront of the shifter. There is a heat sheild under the car hiding it.
It will take you about 10 to 15 minutes to get to it from inside.
