Default Coolant tank and overflow leaking

I have a 1999 s70 and I went to put coolant in the overflow tank, not more than five seconds later it came out under the car. So I went to put it in the coolant tank itself and the same thing happened. Something as simple as replacing both of them or something more?

Kinda confused when you said you put coolant in both tanks. Unless yours has been modified, the only way to add coolant is by the overflow tank. Our radiators are sealed and have no cap to open and add coolant. Where exactly did you put the coolant?

It sounds like he is confusing the coolant tank with the windshield washer tank.
