Diagnostic Scanner AND SOFTWARE

Anyone know, where I can download volvo software like Vadis and FCR.
also cheapest place where I can purchase VOLVO Diagnostic Scanner,serial or serial to use on my laptop.

If you want cheap...then look on torrent sites. It is free.
But you can get a copy from ebay for like $5.

Not sure about the scaners though. You can probably pick on up at the dealer for a pretty penny.
