Hand Break problem and Accelerator Problem
 

Hello Experts,
I was out of contry on vacation and my car was left in the driveway for almost 3 weeks with snow covered.

Now, the handbreak won't release and accelerator doesn't release either. I checked the accelerator cable and it seems to be perfect. I checked the part in engine(where the cable is connected) seems to be freezed.
