I need help with a brake problem!!!

Hi gang! Its been awhile since I've been here and I've searched the forums for my problem but I couldn't find any threads that pertained to my particular issue.
Ok, I have changed brakes before so I'm not new to it but this is my first time on a Volvo. I needed new front pads and possibly rotors but money wise I just did the front pads. I was able to remove the calipers and I actually had to replace the passenger side caliper since it was seized due to the boot being damaged which explained my vibration. So I was able to purchase a new caliper and pads and everything went well and fit properly, so I thought.
I then proceeded to bleed the brakes and that went well, but now after driving it for about a couple days I looked at the rotors to see if its wearing properly and it looks like the pads are positioned to far down and its actually catching on the inner rim of the rotor! I was like WTF how can this be? I did everything according to the repair manual and nothing felt out of place, its like this on both sides but one seems worse than the other. Is there a step I missed how can it be this far off? Please help. Tech what do you think? Thanks in advance!!

I think the pads you got might be a little to big.

If you saved the old pads, remove a new one and compare.

Thanks guys for the reply. When I replace pads I always line up the old ones with the new ones to be sure they are the correct size and in this case they were. So I don't know what happened?

Im not sure either.
