Need help identifying this part and find a replacement
 

I was in the process of cleaning out my pcv system. I came across this valve (at least that's what I call it). It connects to a 3/8 size vacuum hose that runs back to the brake booster. On the other side of this valve, it connects to the aluminum intake on driver side. This valve is broken in two and has been. I didn't realize it was broke until I was moving things around.

Anyway, here are some pictures.

The only thing I can come across is this..

Only problem is that the link shows it is for just about everything but the s70. I have a 1999 and the model years show 2005-2007. Any thoughts?
