Default problems with rotors

my 1999 volvo s70 awd has rusted rotors on all 4 wheels and i have no idea what to do about them. should i replace them and how much would that cost?should i just clean off the rust and how would i go about doing that?

you could have them resurfaced, but that depends on how bad the rust is. if its bubbly, deep rust, you need new rotors. and you should use volvo parts, otherwise you will get squeaking.

Has the car been sitting for a long time? I would probably look at changing both pads & rotors. Rotors and pads aren't very expensive at all. Any good auto shop can do the brakes all around for about $400-$600. For good quality parts and labour.
