S70 hard cold start
I changed the plugs and wires, put in a new ignition switch relay, the alternators fine, the battery is charged and has clean terminals and good connection, there's fuel pressure, but in this cold weather it always has a hard time turning over. it has to crank for about 6 seconds or more sometimes, but usually always will. Its throwing a code for the secondary airbox which ive heard can be deleted and is mainly for emissions, could this be my problem? Ive only worked on Japanese four cylinders until now, im lost here guys haha.

I agree, sounds like the ECT might be on its way out. ECT= Engine Cooolant Temperature sensor. A small sensor located right by the thermostat housing. Sends a signal to the computer telling it the temperature of the coolant so the computer can properly adjust the amount of fuel to the engine so the mixture is no too rich or too lean. Fairly easy and inexpensive fix.
