S70 Reliable?

My appologies for the informal hastness of this, but I'm about to look at several S70's Friday afternoon, and I've known the volvo name to be reliable, but I read a few places about terrible reliability on the S70's

So, whats the low-down on the S70's? A repair bill on wheels?

No they didn't. It was a S70 T-5. The R didn't come back till 1999 or 2000 in only the V70R AWD.

They did make an s70R, but it didn't come to the states.

u can always buy an R on ipd and stick it to ur grille or sumthing, i was thinking of taking the L out of GLT so it just said GT... :D
