Default RPM drop at stop light

After traveling highway speeds and than encountering stop lights I’ve noticed that after sitting at red light with foot on brake a intermittent RPM drop of 400RPM or so after sitting thru almost a full light change signal. It drops down like there is a drag on the motor. RPM drops down than comes right back up to idle, in gear with foot on brake, speed. Kind of random and not all the time.
I have swapped out about 75% of the transmission fluid about 7500 miles ago.
Still a 1998 S70 non turbo automatic.
Any thoughts? TIA

Good call but I’m not sure. I haven’t had it on yet this year.
I would also add that I’ve had the entire heat/air system off for months.

Default Clutch doesn’t engage.

No. A/C does not work. I have only looked at the gap and tried the broom handle trick. Haven’t measured.
watching various videos on measuring and quick-long fixes I stumbled on a video about direct current to compressor. Pull the relay and jump 87-30 circuit. Basically I can’t add 134 without compressor running.
Different car but the ol S70 does have a rely marked with the 87,30 pins.
Do I dare jump these on a S70?

Default Added shims, zip ties, to get into low end tolerance. Still nothing

Added 6 small zip ties for equal clearance around clutch.
still won’t kick in or even try from the sounds of it.
Might be behind controls.
To pull radio is it as simple as pushing in the 2 tabs on lower outside of radio body?
