Default turbo boost problem

well all sorted an fitted thanks to all for there info....now the prob i've got is that i turned the actuator up but my boost is still the same at 8/10psi???????? i've given it 3 full turnes,help pls....

Turning the arm doesn't raise and lower boost, it just changes how fast the boost comes on. I believe if you shorten it, it boosts a bit quicker, but it's not meant to be use as a MBC. To be honest, I wouldn't mess with that at all really if you have a fully stock car.
