Volvo specialist in the eastern PA (Harrisburg, Lancaster, Philadelphia) region

Hi all, Just wondered if any of you guys out there can recommend I good Volvo spanner man in the Eastern Pennsylvania region? I am moving there in November and am looking for a non-dealer specialist who could do the jobs on a Volvo that I am unqualified or scared to do my self.

Like myself. I'm around this area.

I know there is a guy on Volvospeed called MrWinky, pretty sure that is his name he is around this area and has a shop.
