what engine do i have?
I'm not sure, but I know a way to find out that's not very scientific or specific. Look at the 6th and 7th position of your vin. It will probably be something like 55 or 53. Find a car on Autotrader.com with the same value in those positions, pull up the car and then got to Model Info and it will tell you the engine. I'm sure there is a better way, but that will work.
